Parts Distribution

You're covered.

When it comes to parts availability, Hitachi has you covered. Parts back-up is available both at the manufacturing factories and at strategically located parts depots, with expedited shipping available. And your local Hitachi dealer has in-stock the mostly commonly used replacement parts as well.

Mining excavators are big business for the Hitachi parts distribution network. Across two national parts centers and 11 regional depots, over 12,000 part numbers are housed specifically for Hitachi mining machines. Parts personnel are on-duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to support Hitachi mining dealers and their customers. They have all the parts required to keep Hitachi mining excavators up and running.

Our parts personnel bend over backwards to make sure they are able to supply the parts that are ordered in a timely manner. If a dealer places an order by 5:45 central time, they will ship that part out the next day to wherever the destination may be.

Miss the cut-off time? No problem, we've got you covered:

Emergency Orders — Until 5 p.m.

This process takes orders until 5:00 p.m., and ships the same day for delivery the next morning.

Flash Plus — After 5 p.m.

If an order comes in after 5 p.m., Flash Plus takes over. This process ships orders at any time, 24/7, to arrive at the final destination however and whenever the customer chooses.
